My name is Henry Adeyemi, I am a UX/UI/ designer passionate about building user-focused products.

My Story

I have a background in Basic Medical Sciences, and I am an experienced researcher. However, my primary focus has been on digital products. As a creative and innovative individual, technology excites me in general. I possess the ability to think through and offer viable solutions to the challenges people face.

I am a self-motivated person who enjoys driving initiatives. Whenever I acquire valuable knowledge, I make it a point to share it with those who may benefit. For instance, during my first programming Bootcamp, I consistently organized after-class sessions for fellow participants who encountered difficulties with the course material.

I continue to organize remote training sessions for individuals interested in learning UI design. Additionally, I volunteered as a Product Design facilitator at the Empower Her Community 2.0 Bootcamp in 2022; 3.0 Bootcamp in 2023; and Codevixen Academy Bootcamp in 2023 all geared at equipping female tech enthusiasts with the needed UX design skills and preparing them to take on intern positions in the field.

Having personally experienced boot camps and internships, I have not only enhanced my UI Design skills but also developed my UX research skills. This includes asking open-ended questions during user interviews, maintaining impartiality towards people's perspectives, cultivating curiosity, and listening attentively.

I leverage my digital marketing skills to produce UX writing with SEO keywords, which guides users through an intuitive and seamless experience. Furthermore, I have acquired the skill of coordinating teams to ensure that every team member feels a sense of belonging and is allowed to contribute effectively.

One of my recent achievements involved assisting a cleaning service company in establishing an online presence. This entailed gathering crucial information about their services, conducting competitor analysis, designing a website, setting up social media accounts on major platforms, and registering the company on Google My Business for online visibility. The CEO reported a remarkable 60% increase in client requests for their cleaning services as a result of these efforts.

Beyond my role as a Product Designer, I have a passion for volunteering and connecting with people through meaningful conversations. I enjoy reading books, watching football games, exploring documentaries about historic structures transformed into museums, indulging in sci-fi movies, and staying updated on the latest technological advancements.
